An oval-shaped sac situated at the tip of the reproductive structure within which spore is produced, stored, and later free from the male cannabis plant. If left undisturbed in nature, anthers can unharness pollen grains into the air. If the cannabis plant is being employed for breeding purposes, the pollen are often collected from the anthers and applied to feminine cannabis plants to provide a cross of these 2 strains.
